Lay the Foundation was born out of a conversation between Santwon and his wife, Aryelle. They were reflecting on a gap in the field inspection space: most field inspectors work independently and not on a team. It was their goal to establish a space where field inspectors and those interested in learning the business could come together without the hassle of needing to do their own scheduling and simplified reporting processes.
